A clearer place to start
A clearer place to start
You have probably found more stretches, exercises, tools, and opinions than you know what to do with.
The problem is not that you have not tried hard enough. You may be missing a clear way to understand your pain pattern, narrow down what may be contributing, test the next step, and reassess what changes.

Brothers David and Tyler Blessing are personal trainers with more than 12 years of experience and about a decade focused on helping people better understand lower back pain.
They built Dr. Knot after seeing that people could become stronger and still remain stuck in the same cycle of pain. The Back Pain Lab is where they teach the process, answer questions, and help members take the next logical step.
Your starting path
You do not need to understand the entire Dr. Knot Method on day one. The Lab organizes the courses, questions, support, and next steps for you.
