What is the Back Pain Lab?

The Back Pain Lab is Dr. Knot’s free online community and education environment for people who want to better understand recurring lower back pain, learn the Dr. Knot Method, ask questions, and receive support.

I am completely new to Dr. Knot. Where should I begin?

Begin in the Start Here space. It shows you how the community is organized, where to ask questions, and which lessons to take first.

Is the Back Pain Lab medical treatment?

No. The Lab provides general education and community support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for care from an appropriate licensed professional.

Do I need to buy anything else?

No additional purchase is required to join the free community. Some lessons may reference other parts of the Dr. Knot system, but those products are separate from free membership.

Are live sessions included?

Yes. The free community includes Ask Dr. Knot Live once per week and Roadmap to Relief Live once per week.

Which courses are included?

Start Here, The Dr. Knot Method 101, and Massage Gun Test 101 are all included in the free community.

When can I join?
